Former mayor Schuiling re-sentenced for masturbating, fined

Former mayor of Groningen Koen Schuiling has to pay 250 euros for what is officially called embezzlement. The court in Zwolle considers it proven that he masturbated in his car in March 2024. The Public Prosecutor's Office had demanded a fine of 250 euros. That is the same amount as Schuiling was ordered to pay by the court last year.
