Again one-way traffic for shipping on IJssel due to low water level

Since this morning, shipping on the IJssel between the IJsselkop and Zutphen may only sail in one direction. Rijkswaterstaat has reinstated the measure due to the low water level. As a result, ships have to circumnavigate another 300 kilometres. On Monday, the one-way traffic was still suspended , because the minimum depth on the Upper IJssel had reached the required 1.45 meters.
