Thousands of young people say they will ignore fireworks ban

Thousands of young people do not plan to abide by the fireworks ban, according to NOS Stories. Out of more than 4,000 young people who completed a survey, three-quarters say they will still set off fireworks even though it is banned. Some plan to buy fireworks in Belgium, where it is still legal. A nationwide fireworks ban applies in the Netherlands this year.
