'Agent couldn't control situation with tasered delivery person any other way'

According to the police, the officer who shot a parcel deliverer with a taser in the centre of Amsterdam yesterday saw no other way to get the situation under control at that time. The delivery person had refused to move his van and did not cooperate with his arrest. “A colleague decides at one point: I can't do this any other way.
