France warned against invisible military aircraft near Curaçao

During the US attack on Venezuela on 3 January, France warned against military aircraft that were not visible to civil air traffic control in the Caribbean. Because they were not visible, air traffic controllers could not always inform other aircraft about the presence of military aircraft. This is evident from documents released by the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs after a appeal to the Open Government Act (Woo).
