Another complaint against Philip Morris: 'Heated tobacco product new wave of deception'

The Youth Smoking Prevention Foundation will file a complaint against tobacco manufacturer Philip Morris for misleading and prohibited advertising. According to the foundation, the manufacturer claims in its advertising that its electronic cigarette is less bad than regular smoking and the consumer is being deceived in this way. The foundation has hired lawyer Bénédicte Ficq to file the report. It is not the first time that the Youth Smoking Prevention Foundation has teamed up with Ficq against Philip Morris.
