KNMI Overhauls Weather Warnings: End to Province-Wide Alarm Codes

Starting today, the KNMI will no longer issue weather warnings at the provincial level. Instead, the meteorological institute will provide more localized alerts for severe weather such as storms, icy roads, and thunderstorms. This change aims to prevent large regions from receiving unnecessary alarm codes.
