'Human rights organizations break with the ICC under US pressure'

At least twenty human rights organisations have significantly curtailed or completely ceased their cooperation with the International Criminal Court (ICC) based in The Hague since last year. This is evident from a tour of research platform Investico and the German medium Süddeutsche Zeitung at one hundred non-profit organisations, in collaboration with weekly magazine De Groene Amsterdammer . Many NGOs no longer dare to cooperate with the ICC if as a result of the sanctions imposed by the United States on the International Criminal Court in February last year.
