Nij Smellinghe clashes with health insurers over kidney cancer care

Health insurers have launched summary proceedings against the Nij Smellinghe hospital in Drachten. They are demanding in a Zwolle court that the hospital cooperate in transferring kidney cancer care to Frisius MC in Leeuwarden.
