Leeuwarden represented at the national kick-off Climate Week

The Roman Catholic Church of St. Dominic on Harlingerstraatweg in Leeuwarden turns green on Monday, November 2. The church is participating in the national kick-off of Climate Week, where well-known buildings and locations are lit green in various places in the Netherlands. With the green lighting, the church draws attention to sustainability and care for the climate. A group of volunteers from the management committee has supported the initiative and wants to show that the church is also paying attention to a more sustainable future.
