Long queues at Schiphol following e-gate system failure

A technical glitch affecting the e-gates at Schiphol Airport has caused long queues in the arrival and departure halls since 06.00 AM. The Royal Marechaussee confirmed that all 78 automated passport gates are currently out of service. As a result, border officers are checking passengers manually.
