Suddenly more rubber boats for people smuggling to the Netherlands, Customs intervenes

Dutch Customs will check more strictly on the import of large rubber boats that are used for people smuggling across the Channel. That is what Customs says after questions from Nieuwsuur . In recent weeks, rubber boats have suddenly arrived in the Netherlands more often with cargo planes from Turkey. The Royal Netherlands Marechaussee recently intercepted two cargoes, one of which arrived by air.
