Dutch Municipalities Take 'Painful Measures' to Pay for Extreme Youth Care Costs

The Association of Dutch Municipalities is calling on the national government to urgently provide additional funds for rising youth care costs. Several municipalities can no longer afford highly expensive, tailored care programs for young people. To cover these financial deficits, they feel forced to make drastic choices.
