Construction of almost 400 homes in Hounspolder in Leeuwarden off the track for the time being

The city council of Leeuwarden needs to take a closer look at the plans for the construction of homes near the Hounspolder near Goutum. The Council of State sees shortcomings in the plans and gives the Council six months to come up with solutions. That is stated in an interim judgment that the Council of State has just published. The municipality of Leeuwarden wants to build 395 houses in the hamlet of De Hem.
