Dutch government and news websites taken offline over major PHP security flaw

Several Dutch government and corporate websites have been taken offline as a precaution due to two major security vulnerabilities in the PHP programming language. Key services such as DigiD, MijnOverheid, and the House of Representatives website are temporarily unavailable to prevent hacks. Media platforms including RTL and Tweakers have also been affected.
