Election results Brazil received with cheers in Leeuwarden. Carlos Hogendorp: ’This is a very nice development’

The re-election of Brazilian President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva (Lula, for the Brazilians) was received with great cheers and emotionally in Leeuwarden on Monday, by Carlos Hogendorp (34) from Leeuwarden. Earlier this year, Hogendorp met Lula in person. This increases the chance that De Leeuwarder will succeed in his mission, that no Brazilian child will be adopted.
