Tilburg to celebrate start of carnival season after agreement on age limits

The opening event of the carnival season on November 11 will go ahead in Tilburg as planned. Local authorities, hospitality venues, and the carnival foundation agreed on rules regarding refusing or removing partygoers. The event was previously uncertain due to a dispute over admitting teenagers to the festival grounds.
