Police track down suspects by sharing photos, but experts warn of risks

Police published clear images of three suspects involved in a severe assault on a train. One suspect subsequently turned himself in, and useful information was received regarding the others. This investigative method was also used earlier this year in a national campaign targeting trick thieves.
