Pinkpop Welcomes Limburg's Plans for Intangible Heritage Status

The Provincial States of Limburg want to investigate whether the Pinkpop festival can be included in the Dutch inventory of intangible heritage and eventually nominated for Unesco status. A two-thirds majority voted in favor of a motion asking the provincial government to study its feasibility. The organizers of the Landgraaf festival welcomed the initiative.
