Young suspects arrested following anti-asylum centre protest in Opheusden

Riots broke out yesterday evening following a protest against a new asylum seekers' centre in Opheusden. Police arrested two local residents from the municipality of Neder-Betuwe, including a minor and a 19-year-old man. Although the demonstration began peacefully, it later escalated into unrest, with heavy fireworks being thrown.
