Municipal Council agrees with 2027 budget: higher OZB, but also investments in housing and living environment

The Leeuwarden City Council has approved the budget for 2027. This gives the Executive Board the green light for a spending package of more than 847 million euros. In order to keep the budget in line, the property tax (OZB), among other things, will be increased. At the same time, the municipality invests in housing, quality of life and facilities in the city and villages.
