'Het meisje met de zaadjes in het haar' by Nancy Bosmans wins Thea Beckman Prize

The children's book 'Het meisje met de zaadjes in het haar' by Nancy Bosmans has won the Archeon Thea Beckman Prize. This award is presented annually to the best historical youth book of the year. The story addresses slavery through the journey of a 4-year-old Ghanaian girl abducted by slave traders.
