Major Frisian projects Lelylijn, Leeuwarden railway aqueduct, and Kornwerderzand lock facing cancellation

It appears that major Frisian infrastructure projects, including the Lelylijn railway, will not be built. The planned railway aqueduct in Leeuwarden and the widening of the lock at Kornwerderzand also seem to be off the table.
