Leeuwarden executive proposes municipal heating network for Middelsee

The municipality of Leeuwarden plans to develop and build a municipal heating network in the new Middelsee neighborhood itself. This system will supply heat to more than 1,600 new homes. The city council is scheduled to discuss the proposal on November 25.
