Prison and Psychiatric Care for Man After Crimes Including Rape of 87-Year-Old Woman

A 27-year-old man from Ede has been sentenced to eight years in prison and mandatory psychiatric care (TBS) for multiple crimes, including attempted manslaughter and the rape of an 87-year-old woman. The prosecution had requested a 13-year prison sentence in addition to psychiatric treatment. The series of offenses occurred between August and October of last year.
