House closed in Leeuwarden after finding hemp nursery

A house on Jan de Baenstraat in Leeuwarden has been closed for three months by order of the mayor because of the discovery of a hemp nursery. On 10 July, the police raided the house, after an anonymous report. On the spot, they found a hemp nursery with 524 hemp plants, spread over different grow rooms. It has already happened 23 times this year that a home in Leeuwarden was closed due to a drug discovery.
