Relatives of Gulu report manslaughter to police

The family of the man who died in Rotterdam on Saturday after his arrest has filed a complaint against the police. This is what lawyer Gerald Roethof, who assists Alfredo Goeloe's family, tells the NOS. Roethof filed a report on behalf of Guloe's eldest daughter. The family says that there has been a manslaughter and considers the investigation by the National Criminal Investigation Service too limited.
