Why power banks on an airplane aren't such a good idea

Flight KL735 was on its way from Amsterdam to Curaçao for a few hours on Thursday, when the power bank of former KLM director Camiel Eurlings caught fire in business class . A small fire started near a chair and a man suffered burns. The cabin crew managed to extinguish the fire quickly, but the damage to the aircraft was so great that the pilot decided to return to Schiphol.
