Riot police deployed in Rhenen after fireworks damage town hall

Following a council meeting on asylum seeker housing in Rhenen, two windows of the town hall were destroyed by fireworks. Riot police were deployed to manage the situation. Earlier in the evening, an unannounced demonstration took place, which reportedly remained peaceful.
