Dutch Coast Guard radio systems restored after outage

The Dutch Coast Guard's radio systems are fully operational again following an outage that began early this morning. Emergency services can once more be reached via VHF radio and the dedicated distress channel. During the breakdown, communication was limited to telephone, temporarily preventing the transmission of navigation alerts and storm warnings.
