Nearly half of Dutch residents experience social nuisance, mainly from loitering youth

Nearly half of people in the Netherlands experience social nuisance in their own neighbourhood. According to Statistics Netherlands (CBS) based on its biennial Safety Monitor, loitering youth cause the most disruption.
