Sneek resident (51) in court over offensive notes and package sent to police

A 51-year-old man from Sneek appeared before the judge in Leeuwarden following a ongoing dispute with a nearby fish shop. Among other actions, he posted offensive notes behind his windows and mailed an intimate object to the police station.
