House of Representatives to debate persistent healthcare fraud in municipalities

Municipalities are struggling with persistent fraud regarding healthcare funding allocated to care providers. Because it is difficult to verify whether care was actually delivered, significant amounts of money end up in the hands of criminals. The House of Representatives will debate the issue next week.
