Rotterdam man who died after arrest was pinned to ground by police

In Rotterdam-Zuid, a 51-year-old man died shortly after being arrested by the police. Social media footage shows officers pinning the man to the ground while he called for help. Police had stopped him following a report about a stolen fatbike.
