Leeuwarden care organisation offers misunderstood people perspective again: "The Opportunity brings me peace"

For ten years now, care organisation Beleef met De Kans in Leeuwarden has been ready for people who are stuck in the provision of care. This anniversary was celebrated on Thursday with a festive open day. The small-scale day care has opened the doors to draw attention to people with misunderstood behavior and to show what can happen if not the problem, but the person is central. When initiator Svetlana Akolzina started in 2016, she saw a growing group of people who felt misunderstood.
