Experiment with confused people near Rotterdam A trial with a new form of living for people with serious psychiatric problems, addiction problems and often a slight intellectual disability is coming up in Rotterdam. Forty homeless people who regularly exhibited confused or annoying behaviour on the street are brought together in one building and will live together under supervision and guidance, if it is good for a relatively long time.
