Amsterdam trial using ADHD drug to treat crack addiction halted by inspectorate

An Amsterdam trial treating crack addicts with the drug dexamphetamine has been temporarily halted. The Health and Youth Care Inspectorate (IGJ) has stopped the production of the substance. Researchers wanted to test whether this ADHD medication could help reduce crack dependency.
