Flitspaal Groningerstraatweg/Anne Vondelingweg: 12,191 traffic fines

The speed camera at the intersection of the Groningerstraatweg and the Anne Vondelingweg in Leeuwarden is the best in Friesland with 12,191 traffic fines in the months of May, June, July and August. 11,936 fines were handed out there for speeding and 255 fines for driving through a red traffic light. This has been announced by the Central Judicial Collection Agency in Leeuwarden. In the period January, February, March and April, the speed camera on the said intersection amounts to 16,359 traffic fines.
