Court blocks return of asylum seekers to Italy once again

The court in Utrecht has ruled that the Netherlands cannot send asylum seekers back to Italy. According to the judge, they risk ending up on the streets there without basic necessities such as food, water, and shelter. Consequently, the transfer of asylum seekers to Italy has been suspended for some time.
