The government's advice to ban mobile phones in schools throughout the school leads to divided reactions among educational organisations. For example, the VO council - the association for secondary schools - calls the advice exaggerated. "More than 57 percent of schools already have a so-called Home or Safe policy and that percentage is increasing," says the Council.
