MQ-9 Reapers from Leeuwarden Air Base defend NATO's eastern flank for much longer

The Netherlands is once again extending the deployment of MQ-9 Reapers from Leeuwarden Air Base from Romania. The unmanned aircraft now contribute to the defence of the eastern flank of the NATO treaty area until 31 December 2027. The government reports this. The commitment had already been extended until the end of this month.
