Rotterdam tests shared housing for homeless with severe mental health issues

An experiment is starting in the Rotterdam region where forty homeless people with severe psychiatric and addiction issues will live together in a single building. Under supervision and guidance, they will receive long-term housing to help reduce public nuisance on the streets. This trial aims to address the national shortage of suitable housing facilities for this vulnerable group.
