Dutch national appointed minister in controversial parallel Sudanese government

A Dutch national was appointed Minister of Justice in early May in a controversial parallel government in Sudan. This administration was formed by the paramilitary Rapid Support Forces (RSF), which is currently locked in a violent conflict with the Sudanese army. According to an investigation by the NOS, both sides in the conflict are accused of committing war crimes.
