Several nitrous oxide bottles on fire at Bilgaarderpaad in Leeuwarden

On the Bilgaarderpaad in Leeuwarden, a fire broke out on Monday evening in which several nitrous oxide bottles were on fire. The fire brigade was alerted to the outside fire around 5.50 pm. Firefighters quenched the bottles and then cooled them. This prevented the situation from escalating further. Nothing is yet known about the cause of the fire.
