Again fined former mayor Schuiling for masturbating behind the wheel

The Public Prosecutor's Office demands 250 euros in the appeal against Koen Schuiling for breach of honour. The Public Prosecution Service considers it to be legally and convincingly proven that the former mayor of Groningen masturbated behind the wheel in March 2024 while driving on the highway. Last year, Schuiling was sentenced to a fine of 250 euros for what is officially called dishonesty. The former mayor has always denied masturbating.
