De Librije remains the only restaurant in the Netherlands with three Michelin stars

Restaurant De Librije in Zwolle has retained its three Michelin stars this year. This makes it the only restaurant in the Netherlands with three stars. The restaurant has had three stars since 2004. Last April, star chef Jonnie Boer died on Bonaire as a result of a pulmonary embolism.
