Dutch youth sent to Spanish care facility despite safety concerns

An investigation by Nieuwsuur reveals that Dutch youth protection agencies continued sending young people to a care facility in Spain despite known safety concerns. Although youths had previously been brought back due to a repressive atmosphere and warnings were shared nationwide, several organizations ignored the alerts. As a result, Dutch youths continued to be placed in the Spanish institution.
