Fugitive Dutch Arms Dealer Guus Kouwenhoven Dies at 84

Fugitive Dutch businessman and arms dealer Guus Kouwenhoven has died at the age of 84. In 2017, he was sentenced in absentia to 19 years in prison for illegal arms trafficking and complicity in war crimes in Liberia and Guinea.
