Fourteen months for man who stalked ex and publicly blackmailed

The court in Rotterdam sentenced a man who stalked his ex for years in absentia to a prison sentence of fourteen months. The husband and wife had a quarrel, which was mainly about dealing with their daughter and parental authority over her, which the husband does not have due to a previous court ruling. To get his way, the 42-year-old man bombarded his ex with phone calls, letters, cards, and unwanted home visits. He also did his story in TV shows and on social media.
